Fly-in – Private Farm Strip near Market Rasen, Wickenby & Haltham- 7th July 2019.
With good weather this morning a decided to a local Fly-in at Market Rasen , I had rung the Airfield owner to check it was ok to attend , I had a quick cal into Haltham to picture the Aztec then into Wickenby on the way and was able to catch a Cessna 120 departing. I then went on to the private strip at Market Rasen to find aircraft had already started to arrive.
I would also like to thank Phil and his wife for their hospitability at this event and I hope to attend this event again. I have not named the venue due to Rotex engine theft at small airstrips up and down the UK..
