Crowland – Peterborough & Spalding Gliding Club

After asking permission to look around the Hangars, I was able to gain access to the Beagle Husky G-ASNC Glider Tug that is based here. I can remember G-ASNC when it was based at Manchester Ringway Airport from about 1970 in a yellow and White livery. A second glider tug at the Airfield was in use a Piper Pawnee G-PSGC converted Crop sprayer. This was ex G-BDDT that was based a Boston with Millers.
A few of gliders were seen both on the airfield and in the Hangars.
